What an awesome wedding from such an awesome couple! We fought through the rain and made some really nice shots. Outdoors wedding are always a bit of crapshoot especially for Kansas City. Photography has been my life for so long now I am confident great pictures will happend regardless of what mother nature brings. But to have two people who can roll with it and have fun every step of the way makes my job incredibly easy and gratifying.

Cindi and Ed were fortunate enough to pick my last remaining Saturday in October. But really the true fortune was all mine… because these two were simply awesome! Ever since meeting Cindi I’ve bragged to anyone and everyone about how my bride is a grandmother. The pair met through a mutual friend… the rest is history and the future.

They held their wedding at Argosy Casino Hotel and Spa in Riverside, Mo. I had never shot there, but no unfamiliar location scares me. I have many, many years of experience shooting pictures in a variety of challenging locations and situations. It was a nice location with a great view, wonderful staff, terrific interiors with a lot of space for an event. I recommend checking it out.
